Faculty
The MICH faculty is made up of a small group of individuals who come from complementary backgrounds, but with common interests: holism and homeopathy. We have collaborated for many years in teaching, researching holistic approaches, and the role of personal transformation in healing. We all teach by vocation, share a common work ethic and personal devotion to teaching. This makes for a well-integrated faculty with members who deeply respect each other and value each other’s contributions. As a team, we provide consistency in both philosophy and approach and know how to work together and for the students’ best interests. All MICH teachers hold a holistic understanding of the human condition, and the transpersonal nature of homeopathic practice.

Jennifer Holzgang, Herbalist, ND, NHC, D.Hom
Facilitator
Trained as a Natural Health Consultant, Herbalist, Naturopath, Nutritionist and Homeopath, Jennifer incorporates the most appropriate from these practices to address each individual. Each of us as a unique expression of nature may sometimes become hindered in our journey, and this shows itself as disease. Before disease, our experience of life is less than satisfying at some level. The goal is to address this unease before we it gets expressed deeper in the organism.Finding true health is a process, and there are many avenues that can take us there. For Jennifer, studying and facilitating at MICH has deepened her understanding of the human journey in this elegant universe, and has allowed her to blossom as a holistic practitioner.
Julia Thompson, RN, MICH graduate
Facilitator
From early on Julia discovered her passion for holistic medicine. She was the youngest graduate from NHC in 2005, with a Vibrational Medicine Certificate, Spiritual Psychotherapy Certificate, and Massage Therapy Certificate. Julia spent one year in psychology and early childhood education at the University of New Hampshire, but changed to nursing in an attempt to find a good complement to her endeavors in homeopathy at MICH. She graduated from MICH in 2009 and as a nurse in May, 2010.
Kate Hudson, B.A., N.D., MICH Graduate

Kate's journey led her to homeopathy about five years ago when she sought help for a minor health problem. After many years working as a yoga teacher and holistic therapist, her homeopathy experience opened up a whole new world to her that was so fascinating that she had no choice but to enroll in the MICH program. Kate is now practicing full time as a homeopath and is deeply passionate about her practice and the journey she travels on with each of her clients as they enquire and explore into their own inner worlds, bringing a greater sense of clarity and freedom to their lives.
